Black truffle pesto was born from the idea of enriching our classic Genoese pesto with one of the most precious ingredients of the earth: the black truffle. Simplicity and elegance that combined in a unique recipe make it a delicate product. Ideal for appetizers but also for first courses, trofie, gnocchi and… why not? With a simple puree. With truffle and pesto you can enrich even the simplest dish.

Sunflower oil, Italian basil 35%, cashews, salt, summer truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Pecorino Romano DOP cheese (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), pine nuts, garlic, flavoring, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid. The product does not contain GMOs.

To be consumed within 24 months. Guaranteed shelf life: 3/4 (18 months).
